These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all transportation services provided by Elite Black Rides LLC (“Elite Black Rides,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking, reserving, or using our services—whether through our website, LimoAnywhere platform, phone, text message, or any other method—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Elite Black Rides LLC operates as a licensed and insured luxury ground transportation provider in accordance with Florida law.

2. SERVICES OFFERED

Elite Black Rides provides pre-scheduled luxury black car and chauffeur services, including but not limited to:

Airport transportation
Hourly chauffeur service
Point-to-point transportation
Corporate and executive retainers
Special events (weddings, concerts, dinners, dates, sporting events, etc.)
Long-distance and interstate trips
Affiliate and subcontracted transportation through the LimoAnywhere network

All services are reservation-based. Same-day service may be available for nearby clients, subject to availability and approval.

3. BOOKINGS & RESERVATIONS

Bookings may be made via:

LimoAnywhere booking platform
Website reservation forms
Phone calls or text messages

A reservation is not confirmed until payment authorization is received and confirmation is issued.

Elite Black Rides reserves the right to decline or cancel any reservation at its discretion for safety, compliance, or operational reasons.

4. PAYMENTS & FEES

Payment Timing

Payment may be collected:

At time of booking
24 hours prior to service
After service (corporate accounts only)
Monthly invoicing for approved corporate retainers

Gratuity

Gratuity is optional and entirely at the client’s discretion.

Additional Charges

Additional fees may apply, including but not limited to:

Airport fees
Tolls and parking
Excess luggage
Waiting time
Route changes or additional stops
Smoking or cleaning fees

Traffic delays alone do not result in additional charges; however, route changes, additional stops, or extended waiting time may increase the final price.

5. WAITING TIME POLICY

Airport Pickups

30 minutes of complimentary wait time after aircraft landing
Additional waiting time may be billed after the complimentary period

Elite Black Rides monitors flights; however, clients remain responsible for notifying us of any significant changes or issues.

Non-Airport Pickups

15 minutes of complimentary wait time
Additional waiting time may be charged thereafter

No-Show Policy

Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup location without proper cancellation will result in a full charge, with no refund.

6. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup
Same-day cancellation (more than 6 hours prior): 50% charge retained
Same-day cancellation (less than 6 hours prior): Non-refundable

Weather-Related Cancellations

Weather-related cancellations are eligible for a full refund, issued to the original payment method.

7. PASSENGER REQUIREMENTS & CONDUCT

Minimum passenger age: 18 years
Alcohol consumption is permitted where legally allowed
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in all vehicles
Pets are not allowed, except legally recognized service animals (advance notice required)

Passengers must behave respectfully and safely at all times. Abuse, intoxication, unsafe conduct, or violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

8. DRIVER AUTHORITY & SAFETY

Drivers have full authority to refuse or terminate service if they believe safety, legality, or professionalism is compromised.

Vehicles may be equipped with video recording systems for safety and liability purposes. Footage may be reviewed in the event of disputes or incidents.

Elite Black Rides reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including termination, against drivers who misuse refusal authority without valid safety justification.

9. AFFILIATED & SUBCONTRACTED SERVICES

Elite Black Rides may fulfill services through third-party affiliated operators within the LimoAnywhere network. These providers operate under their own licenses and insurance.

Elite Black Rides is not liable for the independent acts or omissions of affiliated operators beyond what is required by law.

10. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

Elite Black Rides is not liable for:

Traffic delays
Missed flights or connections not caused by driver negligence
Delays caused by weather, accidents, road closures, or acts of God
Items lost or left in vehicles

Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the cost of the transportation service provided.

11. LOST ITEMS

Elite Black Rides is not responsible for lost items.

If an item is found:

The client will be notified and provided with photo confirmation
Courtesy returns may be arranged

Shipping or mailing of items is offered as a courtesy only, and all associated costs will be charged to the client.

12. DAMAGE & CLEANING FEES

Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles.

Cleaning / damage fee: $350
Charges will be applied to the credit card on file

13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any dispute shall first be resolved through mediation in Florida.

If legal action becomes necessary, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover attorney’s fees and costs.

14. MODIFICATIONS

Elite Black Rides reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

15. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By booking or using Elite Black Rides services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
